Terms of service

Illustrations

 

Personal Usage

 

  • The commissions are not to printed and sold for financial gain.

  • Do not edit the illustration, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

  • You may use the commission for any personal usage.

  • You are prohibited to post the original full-sized file online.

  • The artist myself keeps all ownership of the artwork. Do not claim that the work is your artwork.

  • You may print the commission for your personal use.

Commercial Usage

  • The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

  • Do not edit the illustration, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

  • You may use the commission for any personal usage.

  • The artist myself keeps all ownership of the artwork. Do not claim that the work is your artwork.

 

Artist rights

 

  • If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for prints/artbooks etc.

  • If the commission is your original character, I will be able to use it for my portfolio.

  • If I ever want to use your OC commission for prints etc, I will do it only with your permission.

  • I have the right to post the commission online, unless informed otherwise.

  • I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions.

 

Process

 

  • The payment is made through Paypal invoice or Paypal.me link.

  • The commission will be started only after full payment has been made.

  • The commission may take up to 3 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. I have a chronic health condition (PHN) which effects my workflow. Please be willing to be patient. 

  • I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose and approve.

  • I have the right to post wips on my social media of your commission unless you have informed me to keep it private.

  • Any additional corrections after approval will require additional charges.

  • You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark.

Refunds

 

  • You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

  • You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.

  • The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started the work.
