Usage

Rights

You have commercial rights to your model.
I do not allow additional outfits to be added to the model by another artist.
You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it, excluding riggers.
I have the right to use your model as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.
You do not claim the authorship of the artwork/Model itself.

Process

Once you have been accepted from sending me an application through google docs you will receive an email with your finalized quote.
I will request upfront payment of the deposit to secure yourself a slot of the designated month.
Once the deposit is paid you will be invited to my Vtuber discord.(this is optional to join and you must be over 18 to join) I use this discord to send updates with your own personal channel.
The payment is made through Paypal invoice or Wise.
The commission will be started only after full payment has been made.
The average time for a Live2D completion is 2-5 months but it can take longer depending on communications with the respective rigger artist. My Chronic health condition (PHN) can slow down the process.
I will first send you the sketch to approve. Additional charges will be applied once passed this stage.
I will send updates from there on from time to time.
Changing the whole design/concept is not possible once I start lineart.
You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark, .PSD file with all elements being rig-ready.

Refunds

There is now a 10% cancellation fee if you decide to drop out after I have taken to the time to go through with you giving a quote and you agreed with it. If you haven't agreed because of costs or any other reason the cancelation fee is not applied.
No refunds once I’ve started working on the model.
You will receive a refund if the model has not been started after 2 months.
Deposit is Non-refundable
